Join Charlotte in her home, where the loft is a welcoming haven for a small group of us to gather and come into deep rest and relaxation, regulating the nervous system and supporting sleep, digestion and feeling good in your body.
These sessions are 90 minutes long, with a bit of time to land either end. We will usually start with some gentle guided breath and movement then relax with a guided visualisation and sound bath, supported by drum, rattle, flute and Crystal Tones singing bowls. Herbal tea, chocolate and nuts are offered on completing the session and mats, sheepskins, bolsters and blankets are provided. People usually enjoy sound baths lying down, and there is everything you need to make this comfortable - if you would prefer to be seated please let Charlotte know in advance and a chair or giant beanbag can be provided.

Please note there are two staircases to get to the space we use and Charlotte occasionally makes high quality recordings of sessions, which you can receive if you subscribe to Love Revolution.
