This page is for anyone who attends a Rose ceremony - there are meditations, the spotify playlist from our session, some of the imagery, literature and ceremony that weaves into the rich fabric of these journeys we travel together. You can contact me if you want to work more deeply with Rose in one-to-one sessions or discuss making your own medicines/working more with the elixir.

Every attendee coming for their first live session with me can receive a week free of Love Revolution daily recorded meditations, please sign up if you would like to receive these. If you would like to receive occasional (around eight or nine a year) newsletters from me please sign up at the bottom of the page.

If you just have a short window to connect with your elixir and tune in, here are a few little moments of audible beauty you can drop into your day:

This longer meditation invites you to connect with your body, breath, roots, and begin to meet and drink in the life force from Earth, inviting this frequency to nourish the system and co-create a place for the beautiful blooming of Rose, expressed uniquely for you.

Some of us are connecting deeply with the waters on these Rose journeys as well. This happens so organically! I remember feeling such a yearning to visit the water after “Heart of the Rose” festival last year.

For those feeling the call of water, you might want to consider singing, praying and making offerings to the waters - it is a really beautiful way to connect and honour your own waters (the flow of your cycle, whether you are still bleeding or not, and the lymph, sweat, tears, blood that moves everything through the body). Here is a spotify playlist if you want to tune in, and if you are in the Cotswolds there is a lovely spring you might consider gathering water from in Blockley (recommend using test sticks if you're drinking it as sometimes the nitrate levels are high). There's also a gorgeous wild sauna with spring water showers and a stream you can dip in at Whichford Mill. There aren't really words for how we can commune and come into ceremony with the elements.

Find a Spring is also a good resource for discovering natural water sources near you.
